Answers:

1. LeMahi B & B is a 3 Star Accredited Bed and Breakfast from the Guest House Association of South Africa. The 3 stars ensure a high standard of neatness & cleanliness, quality linen & furniture, service, presentation and so forth. We do take this seriously as there is no compromise on our quality and service.
2. We only cater for children older than 12 years, as our aim is to provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
3. Sorry, we cannot accommodate other pets because of Zoe and Suzi, our residential Jack Russell. They are well-known by our frequent guests and everybody loves them!
4. Yes, off-street parking is available and limited parking in gated area by prior arrangement.
5. We do not have smoking rooms, but you can smoke outside.
6. Check-in time is from 14:00 to 19:00, please use consideration in making prior arrangements with us if these time slots do not suit your requirements. Check-out time is 11:00
7. We require a 50% deposit to secure a booking, please send us an e-mail with your name, cell phone number, booking dates and for how many people you want to book. Alternatively you can view on our real-time calendar on our website and make your booking and payment directly to us.
8. We do accept all major Credit Cards and work on the PaytoStay system that was created especially for the Guest House Industry. This is a very safe site, you need not worry that we can see or hold on to your Credit Card Details. You can also do an EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) into our Bank Account, please contact us for our Banking Details. Sorry, no cheques are accepted.
