  • A 5% handling fee will be charged for all cancelled or altered bookings
  • No-shows will be levied at 100% of the value of the booking from 18h00 of the day of the booking
  • Cancellation 0-7 days prior to check-in date 100% of total value will be charged
  • Cancellation 8-14 days prior to check-in date 50% of total value will be charged
  • The above fees have been devised to establish whether or not rooms should be released back to the guesthouse in order to safeguard our mutual interests and prevent losses




  • By making a booking guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions
  • Check-in time from 14h00 to 18h00 and check-out by 10h00
  • Early or late check-in to be pre-arranged with management
  • Check-out time by 10h00, and extra charge may be levied for late departures
  • Discounts and special rates are applicable for direct bookings, 2 persons sharing, 2 or more nights, full payment due upon booking, excluding high seasons and public holidays
  • Discounts or special offers do not apply to commissionable booking sites or during high season
  • Rates are charged per person
  • 2 persons maximum per room
  • Children of 8 years and older are welcome, and are charged at the same rate as adults
  • Visitors of guests to be pre-arranged and checked-in with management
  • Rates subject to change without prior notice
  • Right of admission is reserved; drug or alcohol abuse or any misbehaving actions that lead to the discomfort of fellow guests or employees will not be tolerated and culprits will be checked-out without reimbursement
  • The owner and staff of Lé Mahi Guesthouse will not be liable for any personal loss, damage, theft or injuries sustained by guests or their visitors in or around the property
  • Any damage or breakage whatsoever that was caused by guests or their visitors to Lé Mahi Guesthouse’s assets or property will be reimbursed in full prior to departure
  • Lawful action will be considered against individuals that post harmful or false information on any social media platform about Lé Mahi Guesthouse, its staff or owner
